In the following few pages you will find a few selected restaurants that we recommend to our Guests. We focused only on those located in The Old Town, so that you could get them easily for evening dinner.
That is only a part of what local gastronomy has to offer for its visitors. It is worth to say that in the past Lublin used to be multicultural and multinational town, where Poles, Jews, Russians, Ukrainians, Gypsies, Germans and Czechs had lived peacefully together. It must have had an influence on local cuisine. Fortunately, some the past traditions and varieties stood the test of time and now we can enjoy the tastes and flavours of the past.
